I'm very pleased thus far. In our pop/rock band we have cables connecting 5 instruments, 4 mics, 2 subs, 2 PA's and 4 monitors. The color coding greatly facilitates setup, take down, and trouble shooting. When we arrive, each member of the band is handed their color coded cables, e.g., the keyboard player gets a yellow instrument cable, a yellow monitor cable, and a black mic cable with the yellow connector. When we're done, they bundle them back up and put them in the storage box. If a cable is lying around not connected, we know immediately whose it is...no figuring out which black cable is or isn't connected or trying to read small labels in low light. The person running sound can also tell the purpose/source of each connection to the board by color to ensure everything is in the right place. I bought 2 of the high-end studio series cables to connect the two lead vocals to the board. They are heavy but they coil/pack up very well.
The initial quality is as advertised...no noise and solid connections! My only critique...since we have a big band and a larger than average footprint, I wish the multi-color and color coded cables came in an XL (maybe 32'?) length.
