We are offering these New Hi-End Gold Locking RCA Plugs at an incredible savings! As you can see they have the Black Chrome shell, which look stunning! These are the REAL GLS Audio Plugs, not the generic knock-offs floating around. These are very Heavy Duty and the best RCA Plugs that we have ever seen. The greatest feature of these RCA plugs is that they LOCK into place. We guarantee these are the absolute best RCA plugs you will ever buy!

As you screw the shell on, it presses against the ground sleeve and locks the RCA plug into place. This process makes the RCA have the ULTIMATE contact. Now you will never have to worry about your RCA plugs falling out and not making a good connection!(Please note: it is difficult to describe the locking shell, but after you receive the RCA plugs it will be obvious how it works.)

Sizing Specs:
OD Hole size for cable = 9.5mm (0.370")
Width of plug = 14mm (0.551")
Length of Shell = 44.6mm (1.756")
Length of Tip = 9mm (0.350")
Overall Length from back of shell to end of tip = 53.6mm (2.087")

Please note: These plugs require you to solder your cable to the plug. If you do not know how to solder then you would not be able to use these plugs.

Unsure how I would compare it.
I used this with multiple automotive amplifiers, an eight channel active system. Easy to assemble the cable (Mogami cable) through the RCA and solder them with silver solder. Some people could be amateurs when assembling the cable, forgetting to place the outer jacket behind the RCA jack before they solder both ends of the cable. With this it wouldn't matter because the jacket slides from the front because of the positive lock system it features. I wouldn't know how to rate it's performance regarding sound quality because I'm just an amateur listener, although I love SQ (sound quality) in mobile sound systems. I have noticed my sound system became more crispier than my last setup. I'm not sure whether it was due to my addition of a new processor (Audison Bit One) or my new RCA's. I'm falling more towards the RCA's because it didn't sound as good before the new RCA setup was used. The only drawback is that the jacks were much wider in my application, the female RCA it was connecting to is in a cavity instead of fully exposed socket. I had to grind the plastic surrounding the jacks to use push the RCA completely in the socket and use the locking system. I'd advice not to the locking system too much, you my have difficulty removing it when needed and have to ruin the female jack for it to come off, I just screwed in in by a click. Yes I'd buy them again for it's price and performance not to mention ease of assembling.

love these plugs
I bought these and made my own cables using LC1 cable and I know have connectors for my stereo system that would cost me hundreds of dollars each instead of doing 5 sets of cables fro under a $100. These plugs are really great they lock on nicely.
