  • Dual Tabs for Easy Soldering
  • Low Profile Pancake Design
  • High Quality at a Low Price!

These do what they say
Very pleased so far with these pancake connectors, especially the ease of soldering. They seem to be well constructed and with the Mogami cable I ordered, make just the right size for my pedalboard needs. I added a small piece of heat shrink over the Mogami cable where it fits inside the collar of the plug just to add a little snugness. I have only used them at one gig so far, but I am pleased as they are noise free and seem like they should last. Compared to what they would cost pre- made, this is a good deal.

Love me some pancakes
I rewired my pedal board using these plugs and George L's cable with no issues. They seem well built and sturdy. I feel confidant recommending these for pedalboard builds.

1/4" Pancake Plug Right Angle Male Connector
This is a home run in every respect. Hands down the best “pancake” style plug Ive found, and Ive been doing this for 40+ years. If you’re using “solderless” plugs, get some of these and never look back.

Bar None, The Only Connectors I Trust
I tried to cheap out and use bulk eBay connectors. Their pancake connectors dont have a soldering tab for the ground, just the tip. So the solder doesnt stick unless they get so hot the cheap insulation melts. I made all 20 of these for patch cables. Guess how many didnt work...zero. Every one of these worked flawlessly. I use these and the straight connectors after again, buying cheap bulk straight jacks on eBay and they were all bent. Are these expensive? Yes absolutely. Can you build cables at a tenth the cost of premade cables? Absolutely. Do it right. Buy it once. Buy GLS.

Best deal available!
After using the (incredibly similar) Switchcraft pancake plugs to make patch cables for many years, these were recommended to me by a friend and I decided to give them shot. Absolutely just as good, at a much better price! I just ordered 20 more, and these will be my go-to plug from now on.

Great for pedalboard and cables
Prior to purchasing this, I had been using EA screw in solderless, which are great, but expensive. With a little soldering practice, these are pretty simple to put together for patch cables or longer leads. You need to make sure that the cable you buy is thick enough that the ribbing will hold it securely, or else buy some shrink wrap anchoring. After the soldering is complete, I put some nail polish on the screws to help them stay torqued. The plug itself is solid and takes up less real estate than I expected, so you don't have any issues with fit. These are my go to plugs for something like a Flying V, where a straight plug coming out of the guitar looks awful. Very satisfied by the product, and shipping was so fast that it was at my door within something like 2 business days. Excellent experience. Only drawback is the internal structure of these plugs isn't intuitive, and it doesn't come with instructions; a quick YouTube search was necessary for me to be sure of what I was looking at.

Great price, superior quality
Bought many of these in recent years, making my own guitar cables. Cannot wait to try some of the black/gold tip models of this right angle plug. Best value and quality to be found.

Easy to work with
This is my 2nd batch of these plugs and I love them. They are very easy to solder and I like the look of these better than other right angle plugs. Great for patch cables on pedal boards. The only catch with these is they are a little wider than the heavy duty style right angle plugs. Because of that, they may not fit pedals that have stereo output with two jacks side by side.
